Ownership & Intellectual Property

All templates offered by OrbitX Supply are the intellectual property of OrbitX Studio. Purchasing a template grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it under the terms described below.

You are not permitted to redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share our templates in any form, whether original or modified. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Licensing: Single Use Only

Each template license is valid for use on one final website or domain only. If you wish to use the same template for another project or client, a new license must be purchased.

Using the same template on multiple Framer websites or domains without purchasing additional licenses violates this agreement and may result in legal action or account restrictions.

Template Quality & Updates

All OrbitX Supply templates undergo a multi-step quality assurance process before publication. This includes internal review and external validation by the Framer team to ensure adherence to the highest design and performance standards.

We may occasionally release updates to our templates — including bug fixes, UI improvements, or compatibility updates. Customers will receive access to these updates at no additional cost for the commercial lifetime of the product.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in the rare case of a verified issue caused by OrbitX Supply.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Incompatibility due to unsupported browsers or third-party modifications

• Misuse or misunderstanding of the product functionality

However, if the product you received is found to have a critical flaw caused directly by us — and verified by our team — we will be happy to offer a full refund or provide a working replacement.

Please note: All our templates are thoroughly tested by both our internal team and the Framer team prior to release, making such issues extremely unlikely.

Browser Compatibility

OrbitX Supply templates are built to function smoothly across all modern, stable versions of major browsers including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, and Opera. In the event of browser-specific limitations, we aim to implement practical alternatives without compromising the user experience.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OrbitX Supply and its team shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use our products.

This includes — but is not limited to — loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, or the cost of substitute services.

In all circumstances, our total liability shall be limited to the amount you paid for the specific template involved in the claim.

Warranty Disclaimer

OrbitX Supply does not warrant that the products will be error-free in all scenarios, especially in cases involving:

• Improper installation or modification by the user

• Use with incompatible third-party tools

• Misuse outside the intended scope

• Operation in unsupported environments

We offer our products “as-is,” with no guarantees beyond what is explicitly stated in these terms.
