General Terms

OrbitX Supply owns all intellectual property rights to the templates available for purchase. You are not permitted to distribute, duplicate, or make these templates available to others, resell them in their original form, or modify them for resale purposes.

Single Template License

Upon purchasing a template, you are granted a license to use it for creating a single final product. The purchased template can only be applied to one domain. Usage of the same template across multiple websites is strictly prohibited without purchasing an additional license for each instance.

Updates

During the commercial lifespan of the template, you will receive any updates that OrbitX Supply releases, which may include bug fixes, improvements, or new features. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to us at [support@orbitx.supply].

Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with the product you purchased, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact us with the details of your issue. We will review your request and notify you of our decision. However, we stand by the quality of our products and may issue a refund if we find that your concerns are valid.

Warranties

OrbitX Supply guarantees that all templates are created in accordance with industry standards and undergo rigorous quality assurance reviews. Our templates are designed to function properly on platforms such as Framer.

Browser Support

OrbitX Supply templates are built to maintain visual consistency and functional compatibility across all major browsers, including the latest stable releases of Firefox, Safari, Opera, Chrome, and Edge. In cases where specific features are not feasible due to browser limitations, we will implement reasonable alternatives at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

You agree that, under no circumstances, shall OrbitX Supply or its owners be held liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages. This includes damages related to loss of profits, goodwill, data, or any other intangible losses, even if OrbitX Supply has been advised of the possibility of such damages. These limitations apply to any claims arising from or related to the use of our products, or any issues under these terms.

The total liability of OrbitX Supply, for any claim arising out of these terms, is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

OrbitX Supply is not liable for any errors, bugs, conflicts, or incompatibilities arising from: (i) improper installation of the product; (ii) using the product for purposes other than those intended; (iii) the use of third-party products or services; (iv) modifications made to the product after purchase; or (v) errors on unsupported browsers.
